We are looking for a highly motivated intern to work on the Chegg Study team and help drive content creation. Chegg Study consists of expert solved step-by-step textbook solutions and a Q&A forum in which students can get help to master their materials. The intern is expected to quickly understand Chegg’s content creation workflow and identify opportunities to more efficiently drive scale and quality improvements. Persistence, strong project management skills, and a strong work ethic are critical for success in this role.


  • Scale, collaborate and monitor various content creation channels (full-time employees both on-shore and off-shore, partner vendor firms and individual contractors) with regards to throughput, efficiency, and quality
  • Ad hoc analysis to examine irregular activity or improve operational efficiency
  • Define requirements and support roadmap prioritization decisions for all matters regarding Chegg Study content
  • Support content throughput by tracking process outputs and maintaining regular communication across teams

Pay: $12.40/Hour

  • Currently pursuing a BS or BS in business, operations management, or economics from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Video or film creation experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with educational content
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be legally allowed to work in the US (US citizen, green card, or F1 student visa holder)
  • Have the ability to intern in Santa Clara, California
  • Have the ability to work for a continuous 10 weeks in the summer
  • Have the ability to work 40 hours per week
