The Accounting Assistant will assist in all facets of the Accounting Department including but not limited to: accounts payable, client billing, expense reports, accounts receivables and filing. Organizational, verbal and written skills a must as well as attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Specific Responsibilities: • Invoice reconciliation and processing in Advantage • Matching checks with invoices/expense reports and file • Preparing drafts for client billings • Must interact with every department in the company • Assists Accounting Manager in other business areas when applicable Required Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree; Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook; Advantage experience a big plus, productive, dependable, self-starter
