The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations is a critical member of the marketing team reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation. We’re looking for a bright, highly motivated Marketing Operations leader to help take our world-class demand generation and ABM programs to the next level. You will oversee the marketing automation process including lead management, nurturing, scoring, and distribution as well as operations in support of Account-Based Marketing. You will play a key role in defining and driving marketing operation processes. Responsibilities:

  • Manage our robust marketing technology stack (Engagio, Everstring, Bombora, Uberflip, Marketo and more)
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation, Sales Development, and Sales Ops teams to roll out and ensure an airtight lead process from inquiry to closed revenue
  • Help map the prospect journey – scoring, nurture streams, lead routing, automation and emails through the buying journey
  • Enhance the foundation within Marketo, including lifecycle models, lead scoring and processes that align with the Sirius Decisions Demand Unit Waterfall
  • Maintain shared marketing and sales performance dashboards and reports
  • Ensure accurate synchronization and data flowing between Marketo and SFDC
  • Develop emails, landing pages, and automated nurture programs in support of demand gen efforts
  • Continuously improve our marketing automation processes and drive the Marketo roadmap, from data cleansing to predictive analytics and account-based programs
  • Lead and motivate a remote team 

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working within a B2B technology company
  • Deep understanding of Marketo platform, development, and integration with SFDC is required. Marketo certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities
  • Collaborative style working with marketing and cross-functional teams to “make it happen”
  • High attention to detail and accuracy despite deadline pressure
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
