Sr. Marketing Coordinator CRISTA Ministries - Seattle, WA

The Sr. Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving admissions for CRISTA Rehab & Skilled Care meeting census goals and objectives identified by leadership. Perform pre-admission clinical evaluations to ensure referral goals are met.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Physical/Occupation Therapy, Marketing, Sales or Bachelor’s of Science in Health Sciences or a degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Two years fulltime or equivalent of hospital clinical work.
  • Five years’ experience in healthcare sales and marketing.

Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse or EMT Certification or equivalent healthcare certifications.

Software and Equipment Used: Point Click Care, Epic, MS Office Suite, Genesis or McKesson.

Skills:

  • Language: Read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Effective communication skills both oral and written. Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.
  • Mathematical: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Able to compute rate, ratio, percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.

  • Experience: Five years’ experience in healthcare internal sales and marketing with admissions or discharge planning.
