We are searching for a HR Manager of Recruitment & Retention to join our staff. This position will be based in either Reedsburg, WI or Maple Grove, MN. This position will work with management to develop and implement a strategic recruiting and retention plan for our operations.
Responsibilities include recruiting and retention initiatives. This position will work with management to identify staffing needs, recruit skilled applicants, develop and implement effective onboarding plans, and improve overall employee retention.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor degree in Human Resources, business or related field, and 5-7 years’ experience in recruiting/staffing, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with current technology for the recruitment and development of highly skilled employees and management is required, as well as strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, and work effectively both independently and within a team. Strong PC skills (including MSOffice suite) are also required.
