Duties Include

  • Month End Close Process
  • Preparation of payroll and related tax filings
  • General Ledger Posting
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Accounts Receivable Review
  • Property Tax and Sales Tax Reporting
  • Accounts Payable oversight
  • Comprehensive Cash Management
  • Evaluates & Reviews systems & processes

Requirements

  • BS Degree In Accounting- Mandatory
  • 5 yrs Minimum Period End closing & producing Financial Statements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Self motivator that requires very little supervision in a high stress environment
  • Able to multitask
